The newly remodeled space was exactly what Pho Ngon needed to maintain the restaurant's visibility. The bright and beautifully renovated dining room provided a fresh outlook compared to the previous nostalgic 80's neon aesthetic. If you've been a loyal customer to Pho Ngon, the Set Dinner Menu for Two - Four - Six - Eight Ten people is a must at any given time starting with their signature Canh Chua & Ca Kho To, follow with a variety of dishes offered by the restaurant for a fixed price. I was in the mood for Pho this recent visit, the broth is sweeter than most places but there's nothing a little lime can't fix. The service was slow but I think the waitstaff are still getting used to the changes. A decent crowd on a Tuesday afternoon is a good sign that Pho Ngon is thriving at their new location.

My sister and I were craving some late night pho in Bellaire so we decided to give Pho Ngon a try (this spot is open until 11 pm)! The inside is very clean with lots of seating and had nice decorations. And I'm happy to say that the bathrooms were also very clean! My sister and I ate before this so we decided to share a large bowl of pho and ban xeo. The pho broth runs a little more on the sweet side but it was enjoyable nonetheless. The quality of meat was also good! As for the ban xeo, it was gigantic! The exterior was crispy and the inside was stuffed with bean sprouts and an decent amount of pork and squid. And with the lettuce, mint, basil leaf, and fish sauce, every bite was amazing! In terms of the service, English is limited because all the workers here are Vietnamese but they were all very welcoming and kind. Pho in Bellaire Chinatown is very competitive so I can't say that this is the best pho I've ever had but I enjoyed the pho and ban xeo here and am looking forward to trying out other dishes at Pho Ngon!

I got their Cane sugar drink and my bf and his brother got coconut drink. Drinks were very refreshing, I havnt had a good cane drink since I visited Vietnam. 4 bun mien was amazing meat is SUPER FRESH, just wish they had more noodles Their goi cuon sauce is ok, but it's better than a lot of places I have tried around the states. I've read some reviews stating the service is rude, don't think they are rude they just speak frankly. P.s. THE SRIRACHA THEY HAVE IS REAL

Dined in on a Sunday at 12:30 pm for a party of two and was seated immediately. We ordered: Banh uot cha lua nem nuong: very good. The banh uot is plain with no minced pork inside. It comes out warm and very soft. The meat portions were very small. They only gave 3 cha lua and a few squares of nem nuong. Mi xao gion do bien: super crispy noodles shaped in a bird's nest so it doesn't get soggy. Sauce is very good. Muc rang muoi: very good flavors
